Rachael M Scicluna is an applied urban anthropologist and a Housing, Strategy and Policy Consultant within the Ministry of Social Accommodation, Malta. She is a Visiting Lecturer in the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of Malta and is an active member of the Committee Bureau on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management within the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). Rachel is also the Chairperson of the Sustainable Communities Board within the Housing Authority.
