Michèle Frey-Hilti took over as Managing Director of the Hilti Family Foundation in 2019. Until then, she had been Managing Director of the Hilti Foundation since 2016. She is the granddaughter of the company founder Professor Martin Hilti, and joined the Hilti Group in 2012. She served as a Customer Service Representative, and later as a Product Manager. Since 2015, she has been heading the communications department of the Martin Hilti Family Trust. Michèle Frey-Hilti is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hilti Foundation as well as the Hilti Art Foundation and Vice Chair of the Foundation “Lebenswertes Liechtenstein”.
