Leila Kabalan is a Senior Specialist within the Urban Infrastructure and Economic Development team at Miyamoto International. She was previously an urban development consultant at the World Bank advising local governments on urban resilience and asset management practices. She also ran the Social Justice and the City Program (currently the Beirut Urban Lab) at the American University of Beirut.
