Inna Sarapina has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management and Regional Development Management from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
Since 1999, she has been working in the civil service system in various positions – State Inspectorate for Price Control in Kyiv Region (organisational and analytical work); National Electricity Regulatory Commission (regulation of relations between consumers of housing and communal services, housing and communal services enterprises); National Commission for State Regulation of Public Utilities (regulation of relations in the field of centralised water supply and sewerage).
Since 2015, she has been working in the field of housing policy development and implementation (drafting regulations, providing opinions on draft laws, providing proposals and comments on draft legislation) at the Ministry.
