Hennadiy Zubko is a Ukrainian statesman, the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services in the two Governments of Ukraine in 2014-2019 and 2016-2019. Hennadiy was responsible for coordinating and implementing the two key reforms of the Government, decentralization, energy efficiency, and deregulation in construction. He is an anti-crisis, project and investment manager of the state level. Previously, Hennadiy was the Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the 7th convocation, Member of Zhytomyr Regional Council and Zhytomyr City Council. He received his PhD in technical sciences and graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (MBA). Hennadyi is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.
