Gerry Muscat is Head of Division ‘Urban Advisory’ at the European Investment Bank. Gerry is responsible for EIB advisory work with cities in areas of urban development, social and affordable housing, urban mobility and climate action. He leads EIB activity on the EU Urban Agenda and the New Urban Agenda, and has been instrumental in setting up and implementing urban investment support facilities URBIS and the City Climate Gap Fund, as well as JASPERS urban support. He worked previously at the EBRD, and in consultancy. His mother tongue is English and he is operational in Polish and French. Gerry has degrees in Geography from Oxford and London universities.
