Professor at the Department of Planning, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and Visiting Associate Professor at the School of Architecture and Planning, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Planners (FGIP), and sits on the International Advisory Board of the Southern Urbanism Masters Programme at the African Centre for Cities (ACC) at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and was formerly the Steering Committee Chair of the Association of African Planning Schools (AAPS). He currently represents the AAPS at the Global Planning Educators Association Network (GPEAN). His research interests include urban environmental governance, climate change, and natural resources management.
