Cecilia Rivera, Swisscontact’s representative in Peru, is a lawyer with a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government. She is a specialist in international cooperation, with more than 20 years of experience managing, designing, evaluating, and monitoring cooperation programs and public instruments and policies. She has been responsible for the Construya project in Colombia, funded by the Hilti Foundation, and currently plays the same role in the Construya Peru project, both focused on the issues of informal housing through a systemic approach.
