Stephen joined Habitat for Humanity International in 2004, and before that, served as the Executive Director of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity for more than 15 years. 

He has served on the board of numerous housing and community development organizations and has implemented affordable housing solutions at the local, national and international levels for more than three decades.
