Jakub Sokolowski is an economist at the Institute for Structural Research in Poland. He holds a PhD in economics and has worked in the energy sector for the past ten years. He has been involved in defining and creating a set of energy poverty indicators adopted in the Polish law and energy strategies and the labour market transformation of the Polish mining sector.
