This conference comes timely to continue discussion on scaling up financing for retrofitting of multi-apartment buildings. It will bring together a network of practitioners from public, private, and NGO sectors to discuss energy poverty, EU policies and their implementation at national level, community mobilization, scaling up the financing for renovation of multi-apartment buildings, and managing the “eco-system of residential energy efficiency”.
At the Polish Housing Forum we will discuss the housing situation in Poland and the challenges Poland faces, including the challenges for Polish cities. We will also talk about the update of the National Urban Policy and the importance of housing within this policy. Furthermore, the discussion will focus on the importance of social housing, including affordable housing and housing with services (assisted, sheltered) as well and much more.
