Sirarpi Haykazyan is a lawyer who graduated from the French University in Armenia. Her career started and evolved in the development sector, working as a project officer for the World Bank Yerevan Office. She has been with the French Development Agency since 2019. She speaks Armenian, Russian, English and French.
